An 800 SF basement remodel/finish in Downers Grove; designed, permitted and improvement by Alpine Ridge Builders as a turn-key project.  This remodel took a previously unfinished space utilized primarily for storage and provided the home with a large gathering area complete with theater style projector viewing, a gaming area, a sound proof studio/music room, uniquely and cleverly disguised storage areas, a full lower level bath and a remodeled stairway accessing the lower level.
