Springbrook Animal Care Center

Completed in the fall of 2013 by Alpine Ridge personnel, Springbrook Animal Care Center (SACC) is a 14,000 SF animal hospital located in Naperville, IL. Boasting a LEED Silver certification, SACC utilizes a multitude of innovative design solutions and sustainable technology making it one of the most unique animal hospital buildings anywhere in the country. These improvements have resulted in an extremely comfortable building to visit that functions so efficiently that energy usage returns offer savings of 50% or more in gas and electric consumption over similarly sized buildings in the area utilizing traditional technology.

The design and construction team was part of the Project from initial conceptual development through final construction approvals and building occupancy. Providing the entitlements and related approvals, the Civil design and engineering and the actual building construction bidding, contracting and oversight; Alpine Ridge members were instrumental in making this dream a reality.
