Matt Juntunen · Partner

A carpenter by trade and one of Alpine Ridge Builders' founding partners, Matt has constructed new homes and remodeled existing buildings since 1993.  With 30 years of hands on construction experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to each and every job. His dedication to quality improvements, meticulous planning, and efficient implementation means that each project we develop is met with the very same level of professionalism and expertise.  A native of Naperville, his local knowledge and experience helps to ensure that each project is planned for properly and provided with the area's highest level of construction.   While local to our main area of focus, Matt also has experience in development and construction across the country and has had a chance to be involved with a wide range of previous project developments.

Tom Crnkovich, P.E. · Partner

Also a founding partner, Tom is originally from Downers Grove, and has lived and worked in the area throughout his professional career.  A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a practicing Civil Engineer, Tom has over 20 years of experience in all levels of project planning, design, estimating and construction.  With a prior focus in land development and highway construction to go along with a multitude of both commercial and residential building construction, he has been lucky enough to be involved in an extensive array of project disciplines and brings that prior experience to each and every Alpine Ridge project.  

Micah Page · Project Superintendent

Also a native of Downers Grove and a long time resident of both Downers and Naperville, Micah is our senior Project Superintendent.  With decades of construction experience and a long-standing working relationship with many of the area municipalities, Micah brings both a high level of skill and the experience needed to ensure each project is delivered as efficiently and with the highest quality possible.
